This blog covers how to track the history of shelf life for a batch of manufactured products. This is a part of the Advanced Quality Management updates.
The feature (Preview) Advanced quality management Once enabled in Feature Management workspace and activated in the Quality Management parameters, it automatically records any changes made to shelf-life dates such as Manufacturing, expiration or Best Before dates.
First, User needs to enable (Preview) Advanced quality management feature in feature management.
Set Up
Go to Inventory management > Setup > Inventory and warehouse management parameters.
Go to Inventory management > Inquires and reports > Tracking dimensions > Batches.
Select the batch to edit or modify the dates
Click on edit.
Click on Reset > Reset > Reset shelf-life dates.
Here users can modify required dates and click on ok.
Go to Inventory management > Inquires and reports > Batches > shelf date history.
Here, users can find all the dates changed history.
