Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP is intended to assist with finance, manufacturing, customer relationship management, supply chains, analytics and electronic commerce for small and medium-sized companies.
Great Plains is also intended for small and medium sized companies with similar functionality as Navision but not as customizable.
BrightPoint InfoTech continues to support those clients still running these versions and also help prepare them if and when they upgrade to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) or Dynamics 365 Business Central(D365 BC).
