Full-time Support (Onsite/ Onshore/ Offshore support)
BrightPoint has an effective Dynamics ERP & CRM support program to cover almost 18 hours per day for 5 days a week and can be extended to weekends & holidays based on the support plan and various needs.
In our Full-time support model, we allocate highly skilled and experienced resources to work dedicated basis. Resources can be placed at Client onsite, Onshore or Offshore based on the client needs.
During this engagement, we will allocate a Project/Engagement Manager to guide the team, manage the deliverables and build Knowledge repository and maintain Change Management, Incident/Problem management.
Flexible Annual Support Package
Flexi is a unique service support system provided by BrightPoint Infotech. Flexi provides a blend of skillsets for completing any tasks pertaining to Microsoft Dynamics products such as 365, AX, NAV & GP, and extends to MS Power BI. For every support request, the outcome would be agreed with the client and the effort and timeline would be worked out for this deliverable.
