Engagement Models

BrightPoint Infotech delivers client projects using various engagement models for Discovery, implementation, Support,  Development & System integration requirements.

Fixed Bid:
Brightpoint Infotech engages with the customer on a fixed bid engagement model for those projects scope has been well defined and fixed. Mostly Development and Implementation projects will be engaged in this model with defined project scope and room for additional/new requirements will be taken as a new Change Request (CR) and will be billed additionally.

Time & Material implementation (Onsite & Offshore):
Time & Material engagement model for those projects scope has not defined at a finer level and keep evolving. Mostly long term & complex Implementation & support projects will be engaged in this model. The scope will be evolving and core to the business process.

Full-time Resourcing & Support (onsite & offshore)
Brightpoint provides highly skilled and experienced SME’s, Functional Consultant, Architects, Technical Developers & Admin resources on Full time dedicated engagement model. This engagement is mostly client driven engagement model resources will work client preferred time-zone and work calendar. Mostly long-term projects will be engaged in this model.

Flexi Annual Support package:
Flexi is a unique service support system provided by BrightPoint Infotech. Flexi provides a blend of skillsets for completing any tasks pertaining to Microsoft Dynamics products such as 365, AX, NAV & GP, and extends to MS Power BI. For every support request, the outcome would be agreed with the client and the effort and timeline would be worked out for this deliverable. It is a unique outcome based Onshore & remote blended model that leverages multiple skillsets and delivers an agreed and expected output.
